Kitchen Drawer Organization

Easy Drawer Organization

Organization is a huge part of my well being and mental health. If my life and things around me aren’t organized then I don’t function well. I am also a “list” person which means I like to check or cross things off of my list to feel some sense of accomplishment throughout the day. It’s always been in my DNA.

Since I’m in the kitchen 75% of my week I feel it needs to be organized properly so that every thing has a place. This way we can find what we need as we move about the space.

An easy space saver and organizer were these Bamboo Drawer Dividers. I found them on Amazon (the greatest place on earth) and immediately fell in love with them because they are sturdy, durable and SUPER easy to install.

Fast forward two years later and here we are! We were already using these gray organizers in our old house for organization in every drawer in the kitchen. They clamp together in order to stay together but I don’t like how bulky and masculine they look.

Since our drawers are bamboo on the inside I opted for the natural color. When the box arrived, the dividers were already assembled. All I had to do was cut the plastic binding piece that held them together, add the black foam pad to the bottom and place the dividers in the drawer. EASY!!

This drawer only needed three dividers so I used the fourth one in the drawer to the left of it.

The dividers are adjustable which means there is a spring that allows them to push up against the inside of the drawer and fit snug. Can’t wait to finish the rest of the drawers in our kitchen!
