Vegetarian Stuffed Shells

TUSCAN SAUSAGE STUFFED SHELLS

You know I love going to Instagram for new ideas on different meals to cook. I came across this recipe video and was immediately intrigued by it because it looked easy to make and delicious.

Now I have made this recipe SEVERAL times and it never gets old. The creamy sauce and the taste of the grounds, spinach, and mushrooms combined is just a heaven in your mouth.

The actual title of the recipe is “Tuscan Sausage Stuffed Shells” but since my family doesn’t eat pork, I substituted the sausage with vegetarian grounds. One of my favorites is Quorn Meatless Grounds.

This dish is always a HIT!

The “TWEAK”

As you know by now I like to tweak recipes every now and then to put my own special touch on it; I added mushrooms to the recipe because who doesn’t love mushrooms?!
